This guideline will explain on how to manage different order schedules for different locations

      Order Scheduling for multiple locations

      Order schedules can be made different at different locations.

  • Login to admin panel
  • Navigate to Settings > Locations
  • Tap the edit icon on the “Action” field to edit the location. You will navigate to the location’s settings tab.
  • There, go to Order Schedule
    • To edit delivery hours of a particular day, go to the Delivery Then select Edit button of that day and edit the delivery hours.
    • To edit pickup hours of a particular day, go to the Pickup Then select Edit button of that day and edit the pickup hours.

           

     Disable Order Scheduling for multiple locations

     You can disable order schedules for a location in multiple location management.

  • Login to admin panel
  • Navigate to Settings > Locations
  • Tap the edit icon on the “Action” field to edit the location. You will navigate to the location’s settings tab.
  • There, go to Order Schedule > Disable Order Schedule
  • You should:
    • Enter a start date and end date of disable period
    • Enter a message to display to customers (Any notice or reason for the disable)
    • Select a schedule type to disable - Delivery, Pickup, or Both
    • Keep the status on
  • Finally, hit the Save button to disable order scheduling
