Adjust customer’s rewards manually
To adjust a customer’s reward points manually :
- Login to admin panel
- Navigate to the Customers tab and search for the customer
- Select the view icon to view customer’s details
- Tap on the Adjust Points button at the bottom, then apply for addition/removal of points (Example: entering 50 adds 50 points while entering -50 deducts 50 points)
