Special offer

Special offers are used to promote your menu items/groups, for a certain period, by creating rewards or discounts on the purchase of the items/groups.

Create a Special offer

  • Login to admin panel
  • Go to Marketing > Special offer
  • Tap Create Special Offers at the top right which redirects you to the “Loyalty Discount” page. There,
    • Enter “Discount Name”
    • Enter “Promo Title”
    • Select “multiple of promo”
    • Choose an “Applies to” item
      • Any item - discount applies to any item on the menu
      • Entire check - discount applies to an entire order check
      • Specific item or group - discount applies to selected menu item/group
    • Choose a Start and End date of the offer
    • Select a discount type
      • points based - customer earns extra reward points during the purchase
      • fixed $ off - deducts specified dollar from an item or check
      • fixed % off - deducts a specified percentage from an item or check
      • open $ off - deducts a dollar amount of your choice from an item or check
      • open % off - deducts a percentage amount of your choice from an item or check
      • buy one get one
      • Combo - gives a discount on specific Combo
    • Enter “Terms” of the offer you want to show the customers
  • Finally, tap on the Save Loyalty button

 

Make Special offers available or unavailable

If you want to make an offer available or unavailable :

  • Login to admin panel
  • Go to Marketing > Special offer
  • Tap the toggle button on/off at the “Status” field of the offer

 

Edit Special offer

If you want to make changes to an offer :

  • Login to admin panel
  • Go to Marketing > Special offer
  • Tap on an edit icon of the offer and an “Edit special offer” screen pop-up
  • There, edit the offer and hit Update

 

Delete Special offer

To delete an offer :

  • Login to admin panel
  • Go to Marketing > Special offer
  • Tap the delete icon of the offer and a warning message pops up
  • There, press Yes, Delete it! button

Analytics

Analytics are useful to keep track of your business, discover new opportunities and maximize your profit.

To view marketing analytics :

  • Login to admin panel
  • navigate to Marketing > Analytics
  • You will get overviews on:
    • “Most Favourite Items“
    • “Lifetime Sales Summary“
    • “Loyal Customers”
    • “Daily Trending Items“
    • “Best Selling Items“
    • “Most Favourite Items”
    • “Customer Map”
    • “Revenue”
