Setting up the loyalty program
The first task before executing your loyalty program is to do some setup.
- Login to admin panel
- Navigate to Loyalty > Manage Loyalty.
- There, you can set the following attributes of the reward program:
- Signup Method – Select if customers have to signup for the loyalty program using email or phone number
- Conversion Rate – ‘Conversion Rate = 0.1’ means 1 point is redeemable for $0.1.
- Accrual Rate – ‘Accrual Rate = 1’ means 1 point is earned for every $1 spent.
- Accrual Target – ‘Accrual Target = 50’ means points cannot be redeemed until they meet or exceed 50.
- Signup Bonus – ‘Signup Bonus = 50’ means on sign up, the customer receives 50 reward points.
- Reward Program Name – the name of the reward program
- Description – description of the program can be default or custom
- Reward Expiry Days – ‘Reward Expiry Days = 33’ means rewards expire after 33 days from the date of creation.
- Next, click the Save Reward button to save the setup
