Check customers’ rewards        

You may need to check customers’ reward details in some situations. For example, a customer is claiming that his/her account has redeemable rewards but it is not showing at the checkout terminal. You can confirm this by:

  • Login to the admin panel. Then navigate to the Customers tab and search for the customer.
  • Select the view icon to view the customer’s details.
  • Go to Available Rewards and check if there is any unredeemed and unexpired reward. If there is, then the customer can redeem the reward.
