Push notification
Push notifications are the notifications that your app users receive even if they haven’t opened the app. Be careful with what type of notifications you want to send to your customers, don’t flood them with excessive or irrelevant notifications.
Send or Schedule push notification
- Login to admin panel
- Goto Marketing > Push Notification
- Enter notification title and description
- Enter the notification URL- where you want to navigate your customers
- Select customers group to send the notification
- Tap Send Now to send immediately or tap Schedule It to send it letter
