There are two types of loyalty or discount (points can be added with two type of programs) from OC Organic Kitchen. These are as follows -
a) Signup Points
Whenever a user creates an account from the app/or from Toast POS, they will earn a bonus of 50 points. This is called the Signup Bonus and is the first kind of reward/discount.
b) Additional Reward s
We have a customer section in the admin panel. Navigate to:
Customer>Customer>Click on particular user
A popup will appear where you can click on ‘adjust points’
Then add some points and it will be added in a new row by name user reward points, once added, it will get reflected in the toast loyalty program.
Whenever a user purchases any item from Toast POS, their two rewards will be available in their account and they can redeem a discount on items on the basis of the points they’ve earned in his/her account.
